The Gospel of Vehamor is believed to be the oldest surviving full-fledged Armenian manuscript, kept at the Matenadaran Institute of Ancient Manuscripts in Yerevan. It dates from the 7th to 9th centuries. On this Gospel, the presidents of the Republic of Armenia take a solemn oath during the inauguration.
